In today’s criminal cases, defenders are increasingly confronted with massive volumes of data, including cell phone dumps, surveillance footage, social media records, and forensic reports. This program is designed to equip criminal defense attorneys and team members with practical strategies to manage, review, and analyze large-scale digital discovery efficiently and effectively.
Participants will learn about various approaches to triage digital evidence, organize discovery, and identify key information. The program will also explore how emerging AI tools—including document review platforms, natural language processing, and predictive tagging—can reduce attorney workload, sharpen defense theories, and uncover patterns that might otherwise go unnoticed.
Led by legal tech experts, this program provides real-world solutions for time-pressed attorneys facing overwhelming digital demands. Whether you’re dealing with a case involving terabytes of evidence or a single phone extraction, you’ll leave with actionable tools and strategies to gain control of your discovery review process—and the case itself.
