Wilmington Police Department Crime Laboratory Procedures

Attorneys should review lab procedures to understand the forensic techniques used to analyze the evidence in their cases. This page will be updated as additional procedures are received, but attorneys should request any procedure from the lab through discovery rather than relying on the documents posted here. It is important to review the procedure that was in effect at the time the evidence was processed. If the information you need is not available, please contact the Wilmington Police Department Crime Laboratory.
