Performs forensic analysis of computers, hard drives and mobile devices, including cell phones, tablets and GPS devices. NC licensed attorney and SC licensed private investigator, former CIA cyber security officer and former state and special federal prosecutor. EnCase Certified Examiner and Cellebrite Certified Mobile Examiner. Teaches law school course in cybercrime and undergraduate course in digital forensics. Specialties include advanced mobile device forensics, evidentiary handling issues as well as Computer Fraud and Abuse Act/”hacking” cases. Does not handle child exploitation cases.
