I have conducted various evidence-based evaluations to be used by federal courts, including competency to stand trial, criminal responsibility/sanity, violence risk assessment, and assessment of sexual dangerousness. At the state level, I have experience in conducting capacity to proceed/competency to stand trial and criminal responsibility evaluations.I am also able to conduct evaluations of sexual and violent recidivism risk, sentencing mitigation evaluations, substance abuse evaluations, court-ordered mental health evaluations/psychodiagnostic assessments, and I am trained in the provision of expert testimony.
